Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, and/or contacting peplove.com/PEP, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. These terms can be modified by PEP at any time without notice.

Age and Consent

By accessing, viewing, and/or contacting peplove.com/PEP, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older, and/or are the age of consent, or older, for your region. You also agree not to distribute information you access on this website to those under the age of 18 or those who would be violating the law by accessing such material in their jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any portion of the above, exit this website immediately.

Arbitration Agreement

By accessing, viewing, and/or contacting peplove.com, you agree to arbitrate disputes under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and conducted before a single arbitrator pursuant to its rules, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes, available at http://www.adr.org or by calling 800.778.7879. 

Call Time Policy

When you book a PEP Phone Call, your Call must commence within 15 minutes of time of booking. If you schedule and pre-pay for a Call, the Call must commence within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

If you’d like your PEP Lady to wait more than 15 minutes to commence your call, you may purchase a VIP Reservation Fee. VIP Reservation Fees are non-refundable.

PEP offers regular-price Connections and a variety of discounts and Packages. You may request to save unused time, in 15-minute increments, on regular-price Calls. Saved time and saved sexts must be used within 45 days of the initial conversation. Time is not transferable between Ladies.

Time cannot be saved on discounted Connections or VIP Package Calls, and all discounted Connections and VIP Packages are non-refundable final sales.

Cancellation Policy

Should you book a PEP Phone Call and cancel within 15 minutes of time of booking or scheduled time, PEP will void the charge. If you do not cancel and thus “no show,” PEP will charge a $29 cancellation fee.

Conversation Policy

PEP provides conversation on all potential topics, with one exception: our Ladies do not direct or perform forced intoxication.

Each Lady may refuse a paid conversation at her discretion. Please call the LoveLine at 505.255.9255, or message us directly, if you need help finding the right Lady for you and your ideas.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

If you ever have a question about our services, a billing query, or a problem using our service, please call us at 505.255.9255, or send us an email.

Please note: if you initiate a fraudulent chargeback, we will provide your credit card company with all records pertaining to your use of our services. You will also be banned from PEP, in perpetuity.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of service, no exceptions.

You may pay in advance by sending a money order to PEP 2901 Juan Tabo NE Suite 207 Albuquerque, NM  87112.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. We also accept MasterCard and VISA gift cards. We accept money orders and cash through the mail. We do not accept any other forms of payment.

Privacy Policy

Credit card or other financial information is not collected, handled, or stored on our servers in accordance to PCI compliance. PEP never shares its data with any person or organization.

Rates Policy

Our regular rates are posted here. We offer a variety of specials, VIP packages, and specialty calls. You must request a special to receive it. 

Three Call Policy

Many of our Ladies will consider selling you personal items, taking requested photographs, and the like. Please be advised that you must complete three paid PEP Connections before requesting any interaction outside of PEP Connections. 

Unwanted Contact

PEP does not create or send unsolicited emails or postal mail. We contact customers by phone only if you leave us a voice mail or message us indicating that we may call you at specific times. We respect your privacy and need for discretion. Please note this means we will not return your call unless you specify that we can and provide specific times at which we may call you.
